Non-exclusive. 40% of the gross upfront sync fee to Verilux, 60% to you, 0% of your backend. 12-month term, auto-renewing annually, with no mid-term exit — read the term in full before you send this. Applying commits you to nothing; no agreement is in force until you sign one.

Stems are strongly requested, not required. Tracks with stems get pitched more.

Attestations — all seven required

These are the rights criteria. Check each one only if it is true. We check them again before any track is scheduled, and an inaccurate attestation ends the conversation.

Opt-out categories — optional

Categories you will not license into. Everything outside your opt-out list is pre-approved for standard commercial, TV, film and game use at signing, which is what lets us answer a brief inside a supervisor’s 12–72 hour window. You can finalise this list when you sign; this is just an early indication.
